Agricultural Technician
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education:
A diploma or degree in agriculture, agronomy, or a related field.
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of local crops, pests, diseases, soil types, and appropriate agricultural practices in Cameroon.
Fieldwork Experience:
Ability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions and perform physical tasks like planting, harvesting, and equipment operation.
Data Analysis Skills:
Proficiency in collecting, recording, and analyzing data using basic computer applications.
Communication Skills:
Effective communication with farmers to understand their needs and clearly explain technical information.
Experience
3 to 4 years of experience in Cameroon under a similar career.
